Its work encompasses issues such as humanitarian crises, equality, justice, freedom, and the protection of vulnerable communities. Through dialogue, investigation, and international cooperation, it strives to uphold human dignity and foster accountability across member states.

Mihir Eshan
Mihir is a rising 3rd year Neuroscience student at Ashoka University with a rigorous professional background in Human Rights and Health Policy; he has been at the forefront of the same for 4+ years within and outside Hyderabad, including chairing Harvard MUN and winning several prestigious awards. With research experience at the University of California San Diego, Koita Centre for Digital Health, and the University of Hyderabad, he brings a sharp sense of detail and policy expertise. He is a UNHCR Advocacy Award awardee and a United Nations Millennium Fellowship Campus Director, fond of singing or cooking in his free time. Mihir values clarity, vision, and dedication in his committee, and looks forward to leading an impactful Human Rights Council at SMISMUN 2026.

Shravya is a 3rd year BCOM student who's passionate about debating and public speaking.
She has participated in multiple MUNs in capacities of a delegate, secretariat, and EB member. For her, MUNs are not just a learning platform but also a space for free expression of diverse perspectives, which happens to be her favorite part.
